At Banana Club, we want you to love your style; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return parcel to any authorized courier drop-off point and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the quality of your returned fashion pieces, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
